A fantastic opportunity to join the Leeds team of our dynamic and expanding hospitality recruitment company. 

Arc Recruitment are looking for a conscientious, passionate and driven individual to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting large volumes of temporary workers for work at stadiums and venues across Leeds and Yorkshire.  The chosen applicant will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment, from advertising to delivering assessment sessions and making sure that all new hires are fully compliant.

About the Role

You will be looking after our Leeds temporary recruitment operation, making sure that all new hires have the right attitude and appropriate training and experience. Working closely with other teams across the country, you will ensure staff are appropriately trained, briefed and allocated to suitable roles. From time to time you will have an on-site presence, liaising with clients and staff. All relevant paperwork will need to be completed including compliance documentation with data inputted swiftly and accurately into our recruitment and staffing software. You will be expected to sustain and increase current recruitment quality and volumes.

About You

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills – must be comfortable discussing job roles with candidates on the phone and talking to groups of up to 20 in assessment/induction sessions.

-Motivated, innovative and a strong desire to succeed

-Independent worker – you will be working on your own at times and need to stay focused and use your initiative.

-Experience desired in some or all of recruitment, staffing, hospitality/bar, betting, human resources, client account management and customer services

-Professional, friendly attitude and presentation

-Be able to take a logical, practical approach to problem solving

- IT literacy including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter and more) and Office Suite are essential. More advanced IT knowledge with regards to Excel would be advantageous.


Full Time Hours (5 days out of 7)

Typical working day 9am – 6pm

Weekend availability required frequently due to nature of events



£18000 to £22000 per annum + uncapped bi-annual bonuses
