£24000 to £28000 per annum + uncapped bi-annual bonuses

Arc Recruitment are looking for an experienced, driven individual to join our growing team. The successful candidate will inherit a selection of prestigious clients across London and be responsible for all aspects of recruitment and delivery for those accounts.

Due to increasing client demand we are currently looking to recruit a Staffing Manager to help grow and develop our expanding business.

About the Role
You will be looking after a section of our clients responsible for making sure they are allocated the right staff with the right attitude. You will ensure large volumes of staff are appropriately trained, briefed and delivered to suitable roles. You will have a regular on-site presence, liaising with clients and staff. You will be expected to sustain and grow revenue within your accounts, generate leads and cultivate candidates. You will be working alongside one of our Directors who is based in London and so will get a lot of coaching and support from one of the founders of the business.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Motivated, innovative and a strong desire to succeed
-Experience in some or all of recruitment, human resources, client account management and customer services
-Professional, friendly attitude
-Be able to take a logical, practical approach to problem solving
- IT literacy including social media (LinkedIn, Twitter and more) and Office Suite are essential. More advanced IT knowledge with regards to Excel and recruitment software would be advantageous.
Full Time Hours (5 days out of 7)
Weekend availability required frequently due to nature of events
