ISO 9001 Renewed for 2nd Year Running

We’re pleased to announce that we have renewed our ISO 9001 status, certified by UKAS, for the second year running. This is a huge achievement for our company in what was such a challenging year. 

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management based around key principles of:

  • Meeting customers’ requirements and expectations
  • Ensuring Capability
  • Continual improvement
  • Customer satisfaction 

Renewing such an accreditation in the middle of a pandemic, that has affected our industry like nothing ever before, is something we are extremely proud of. We would like to thank everyone in the organisation for their hard work and commitment throughout 2020.
