The best way to apply is directly through our website by clicking the apply now button. Alternatively, you may apply for any of our adverts on the various online job sites that we use. Please make sure your CV is up to date and that you complete the application as thoroughly as you can. Our team will help you with any questions you have throughout the process but the more information you can provide, the better. You should highlight any experience you have that is relevant to working in events. Once you have clicked apply, it will take you through to our application process.

Introduction

Firstly, we would need you to answer some brief questions and then upload your proof of Right to Work documents. Due to the current sittuation with Covid-19, we cannot see this in person and therefore this needs to be verified online. 

After this, it will then be a video introduction! We will ask you to pre-record a 3 minute video telling us about you, your expeirence and why you want to work with Arc. We recruit the right people with the right attitude, and this is your chance to demonstrate this!

Hopsitality is about personality and allows you the opportunity to shine! It’s nothing to be worried about, but remember to give as much information as possible and show your enthusiasm that you have for working with us.

One of the recruitment team will then review your video before moving your application forward.

If you are successful after the video stage, you will then be asked to read and watch our induction presentation!

Due to Covid-19, we cannot currently hold our group induction sessions so this online induction will run through your expeirence working with arc, expectations of you on shift and lots of other useful information, as well as, some training elements.

Training

Compulsory training with Arc takes place during your online induction, however, we do encourage further training once you have started work with us and we are able to start running our sessions again! Further training happens on site with our clients and in our training rooms. Compulsory training will focus on essential aspects on food and drinks service. This is perfect for newcomers to the industry but also an opportunity for the experienced applicants to demonstrate their knowledge and skills. Further training opportunities include top tier hospitality, team leader, supervisor, barista and betting.
